Wholesale Costume Club–Batman Costume Review

I was recently asked to review a Batman costume from Wholesale Costume Club.   I was impressed with how quickly the costume arrived.  This particular costume comes as a full ensemble – no need to purchase the belt or cape – it’s all in there.

From the website:

Be one of the first to own this officially licensed Batman The Dark Knight costume. This magnificent getup features a black muscle chest jumpsuit with attached boot tops, headpiece, cape and belt. You’ll look and feel like the Dark Knight in this very authentic looking Halloween costume. While we won’t be able to help you secure a bat cave or the Bat mobile, but we can ensure that you look great! The Child Dark Knight Batman Deluxe Muscle Chest is a muscular version of this already great costume – your little guy is going to be one tough dude in this costume! He’ll love the way he looks in this costume. He’ll want to wear it not only for Halloween but when he watches the movies and when he pretends to be Batman in the backyard!

When all of the pieces are not included in a particular outfit, there is a helpful ‘you may also be interested in’ section at the bottom of each costume.

As far as Hallowe’en costumes go, this does not have the craftsmanship that the ones The Master Seamstress used to make for me, but I somehow doubt you find many of those on store shelves anyways.  It is not paper thin or too plasticky feeling.  This will last through a few rounds of Batman and robbers in the living room, no doubt.

I ordered a medium, and it fits E1 pretty well.  The chest pad is a tad large and cumbersome for his slight frame, but not so much so that it will prevent him from playing in it and thoroughly enjoying himself.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
